Ordering Information

All prices are subject to change.
All products are subject to manufacturer's availability. Every effort is made to keep inventory in stock, however it is possible that an inventory item may be out of stock. In this situation an item will be back ordered, and the customer will be notified.

Billing and Shipping Information

All checks will be held 10 days in order for them to cleared before shipping the product.
All sales that are made via customer credit card that in the case of an order with backordered parts, such parts will be billed to the credit card when shipped. No item will be charged for before it is prepared to ship.
For in stock items we ship within 48 hours from the order being received in the system. If the time to ship significantly exceeds this time, we will contact the ordering party for instructions on how to proceed.
Some orders may be filled by shipments from different warehouses.
The products sold by Cushion Glide Coupler are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please take advantage of this coverage and contact the manufacturer according to their warranty instructions. We do not offer satisfaction or money back guarantees. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and valid return merchandise authorization number (RA.). To obtain an RA for a defective product, please send e-Mail to sales@cushionglide.com indicating your name, address, order number, part number and description and the nature of the problem.
